Information we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, email, optional interest, message).
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted.
- Records needed to schedule coaching, invoices, and refunds when a seat is confirmed offline.
Why we collect it
We use information to reply to enquiries, deliver coaching, improve the site, meet legal obligations, and—only with consent—measure aggregate traffic. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a coaching relationship continues. Coaching and payment records are retained as required by Australian tax and consumer law, typically up to seven years.
Sharing
We may share data with service providers who host email or scheduling tools under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. Providers may process data in Australia or overseas; we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection.
Your rights
