Services

We provide educational coaching in technical analysis with a focus on indicator confluence strategy. Content on this site is informational. Fees listed are reference amounts only; there is no online payment or checkout. A seat is formed only when we confirm it in writing after your enquiry.

No financial advice

Training does not constitute personal financial product advice, investment recommendations, or an invitation to trade any instrument. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and risk. Past classroom examples are teaching material, not performance claims.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to request coaching. You agree to provide accurate contact details when submitting the enquiry form.

Intellectual property

Checklists, workbooks, notes, and site content remain the property of DataNode API. You may use materials issued to you for personal study. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit abusive content through forms, or scrape content for commercial reuse.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from trading decisions you make after coaching. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees under Australian law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
